The Sailors
Formed by sailors from both Canada and the United States, Cascadia Sailing reflects the spirit of the PNW through a community bound by shared waters, and a culture of collaboration. The crew combines sailors from Seattle Yacht Club, the Royal Victoria Yacht Club, Orcas Island Yacht Club, Corinthian Yacht Club and Royal Vancouver Yacht Club. Cascadia Sailing’s skipper, Chris Wolfe, is the 2023 US Rolex Yachtswoman of the year, and many team members hold National, North American, and World titles.
Christina Wolfe
Skipper, Orcas Island Yacht Club
Christina (Chris) is an accomplished offshore sailor, having competed in many of the world’s premier events double-handed. She was the first female skipper in the 2023 Rolex Fastnet and was second overall at the Rolex Middle Sea Race that same year - both accomplishments that earned her the US Sailing Rolex Yachtswoman of the Year award.
Joy Dahlgren
Main Trimmer, Royal Victoria Yacht Club
Joy is a Victoria-based sailmaker and sailor. She races Moore 24s and also has extensive offshore experience including four Hawaii races on the Santa Cruz 70 Westerly. She finished 2nd overall in the Pacific Cup in 2022.
Jen Glass
Tactician, Seattle Yacht Club
Jen has a varied and successful sailing background, including a 470 Olympic Campaign and an instrumental role in creating the Women's Skiff Olympic event. She holds championship titles in the 29er, 5O5, and Aero classes, and has extensive experience in team and match racing. Among her top results are 4th at the 2025 J/70 Corinthian World Championship and 2nd place in the 2016 Race to Alaska.
AnaLucia Clarkson
Jib Trimmer, Seattle Yacht Club
AnaLucia grew up sailing in Seattle. She is an accomplished dinghy sailor (Optis, Laser Radials, FJs, 420s, and Tasars). She also competes in J70s and local big boat races. She brings to the team multiple top 10 World finishes.
Tara Golonka
Spinnaker Trimmer, Royal Victoria & Royal Vancouver YC
Tara is an experienced dinghy and keelboat racer. She is both the 2024 49erFX and Canadian University Keelboat National Champion. In 2025 Tara was recognized with the Petro-Canada FACE Grant for excellence in an Olympic class.
Lindsay Bergan
Seattle Yacht Club & Corinthian Yacht Club
Lindsay raced for the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she finished 3rd at the 2002 Women's Singlehanded Nationals. She was selected for the US Sailing Team, Laser Radial in 2005. Lindsay helped qualify Seattle Yacht Club for the NYYC Invitational Cup in 2012 and 2014. Her recent victories include 2022 Tasar World Champion, and 2025 J/70 Mixed Plus National Champion.
Sarah Turpie
Royal Victoria Yacht Club
Sarah was on the Canadian National sailing team for 6 years. She placed 2nd in the 1996 470 Olympic Trials and is a three-time National 470 Women's champion and a Women's Canadian keelboat champion. Recently, she was part of the winning teams at the 2023 and 2025 Royal Vancouver Women’s Invitational Regatta.
Jaime Mack
Seattle Yacht Club
Jaime is an avid Corinthian sailor who has raced everything from dinghies to offshore keelboats, competing nationally and internationally in Europes, Tasars, J/70s, and RS Aeros while founding the Gorge Junior Sailing program to share the sport with the next generation.
Kate Sargent
Royal Victoria Yacht Club
Kate has been coaching and sailing out of Victoria for over 10 years. She has accomplishments in the 29er and 49erFX including BC Sailing Female Sailor of the Year, and was selected for the Youth National squad in 2020. As a coach, she has coached both Provincially and Nationally, helping athletes bring home podium finishes.
Becky Kelly

Becky has worked in the marine industry for the past 20 years and has won some incredible races, including the 2024 Race to Alaska, 2023 Van Isle 360, and 2025 Caribbean 600.
Zoe Folsetter
University of Victoria Sailing Team
Zoe is a lifelong sailor who grew up racing on the Great Lakes, Zoe Folsetter has competed across North and South America and Europe. She has raced on boats ranging from 8 to 70 feet, including Lasers and Farr 30s, and enjoys all types of sailing, from dinghy to keelboat, course to distance racing.
Maura Dewey
Royal Victoria Yacht Club
Maura grew up at RVicYC and sailed the ILCA 6 on the Canadian national team for 7 years.In 2024 she raced as the starboard trimmer on board Concord Pacific Racing, the Canadian entry to the Women's America's Cup.
